|Our leadership is visibly committed with goals to improve diversity at leadership levels and expectations set across the organization. Leaders in all of our businesses have attended inclusion and diversity training.||Formal cross-functional and cross-business groups of leaders that are passionate about advancing inclusion and diversity. These groups identify areas of focus and advise across business to accelerate our inclusion and diversity journey.||Like many of our initiatives in a decentralized model, we have other impactful work that occurs throughout the organization like LGBT Pride breakfasts and internal blog posts creating opportunities for education and virtual discussions on key inclusion and diversity topics.|
At IDEX, we measure diversity numerically as colleagues diverse to local population in terms of gender or nationality/race (Americas only)/ethnicity. Our leadership has increased in diversity by more than 30 percent over the last five years.
